General♡ Work will not begin until payment is received.
♡ The artist reserves the right to refuse or cancel any commission at any time.
♡ Prices are subject to change based on demand.
♡ I’ll interpret characters in my signature style. Complex hair, eyes, or reference-specific details may be simplified or adjusted. Please let me know which details are essential to the character’s design.
♡ By commissioning me, you agree to these terms.Payments♡ Payment is accepted via Remitly, PayPal or GCash. Robux may be accepted depending on agreement.
♡ 50% upfront by default to begin the sketch stage. The remaining 50% is due after sketch approval and before final rendering starts.
♡ Full upfront payment is optional and does not change the workflow or refund rules.
♡ All commissions are generally non-refundable unless stated otherwise in the Refunds section.
♡ Any accidental overpayment will be treated as a tip unless otherwise discussed.Refunds & Cancellations♡ Any progress made before cancellation is confirmed counts as valid work.
♡ If the artist is unable to complete the commission, a partial refund will be issued depending on the progress made. Work already completed (such as the sketch stage) is non-refundable. For small commissions ($10 and below), a $1–$2 service fee may be retained.Revisions♡ Revisions are accepted during the sketch stage.
♡ Once the sketch is approved, further changes will incur additional fees depending on complexity.
♡ Late changes, additions, or removals may require extra fees.
♡ Sketch approval confirms acceptance of the composition, pose, and overall concept.Deadlines & Delivery♡ Estimated turnaround time is 1–2 weeks (may vary depending on queue and complexity).
♡ Final artwork will be delivered in PNG format via email or DMs.
♡ Transparent background + simple background version included by default.
♡ Background requests must be discussed beforehand.Rights & Usage♡ The artist retains all rights to the artwork and may display it in portfolios and social media unless requested otherwise before work begins.
♡ Artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are declared and paid for (minimum 2× base price or as agreed).
♡ Do not resell, trace, heavily edit, mint, or use the artwork for AI training or cryptocurrency projects without explicit permission.
♡ A watermark will be placed on the artwork (removed or adjusted for commercial use if agreed).Communication & Client Responsibility♡ Clients are encouraged to ask questions before ordering.
♡ The client must provide clear references, descriptions, or sketches.
♡ Clear communication will be maintained, especially until sketch approval.
♡ The client is responsible for reviewing progress and confirming approvals in a timely manner.

How do I order a commission?

☆ That would be a clean character reference sheet in flat colors, a pose reference, addional details (in text or photos), or a mood board for customs. We'll discuss whatever it is that you want.Can you work from text-only descriptions?
☆ Yes. It's gonna be a lot of trial and error but I can try. Sketch revision is unlimited.Will I receive progress updates?
